|Recommended: YesDefinitely a viable living option for anyone working near Granite street — Parking is just enough for all buildings, sometimes you need to park on the street but Colonial Village manages the street around these places so no risk of getting a ticket. You might run into some heavy noise bleeding from other apartments in the bigger rooms. The big bedrooms especially, and bathrooms - subwoofers are the worst culprits. A couple buildings allow smoking, but that's it, and I hear they are getting carpet and wall replacements soon, so that will help a lot. Some apartments also only allow cats, but a lot will allow dogs and emotional support animals are allowed although not covered by ADA. If you work on Granite street, it is walking distance if you prefer to walk in the summer and don't mind a few miles of walking a day. Commute in the winter it can get cold. Stark Park is close by and amazing for walking dogs. Plenty of events, and Elm street is also walking distance, although getting to the good places downtown might require overall a few miles of walking. There is always time to talk with management or maintenance about issues and maintenance even has an emergency line. There is no off-site call logging, so only call when they are open. There are always e-mails for premature closures and schedule changes. There is also a pool and gym but I never use them, however I do know there is a 9ft pool for adults and a separate pool for young children, as well as a playground. The train tracks are fenced off so it is safer for roaming children and pets to have them stay away from the rails.
Hello Tyler, We thank you for your review and kind words about the property and staff. I'm happy to hear you are enjoying everything that makes Colonial Village special. We take great pride in the community atmosphere we have here. As you know we are fairly close to downtown all while not being directly on top of everything that is happening on Elm Street. The walk to downtown is a fairly easy one-mile walk or a short shared ride to prevent searching for parking downtown. Please feel free to contact the office at (603) 669-9600 if you need anything in the future. Sincerely, Sheila Clark Assistant Property Manager Colonial Village

Hello Kimberly, Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear you are enjoying being a part of our Colonial Village community. Colonial Village is a short 5-minute drive to downtown Manchester or major highways, which makes getting out on the town or heading to the beach, mountains, lakes, or the local airport quick and convenient. Respectfully, Sheila Clark Assistant Property Manager Colonial Village
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — We have been very happy since moving here. Noise is minimal. Only downside is that sometimes smells from other apartments wonder into ours via the ventilation system. But overall we are very happy with our decision to move here
Hello Krista, Thank you for your five star review! Don't hesitate to reach out if there is anything we can do for you. See you around the community! Best, Estefany

Hello Giseli, I'm sorry to hear your apartment has been chilly recently. Autumn in New Hampshire can be beautiful but tricky with temperatures starting cold in the morning and then warming up nicely before getting cool again in the evening. Maintenance has turned the heat on for all Colonial Village buildings. You should be able to turn on the heat in your apartment. If you are still having trouble with the heat please let the office know, and we will happily place a work order for you. I'm happy to hear you are enjoying being a part of the Colonial Village community. Sincerely, Sheila Clark Assistant Property Manager
|Recommended: YesI would recommend to live here — I feel safe here. It is nice here. I do not lujr how the attic storage is managed. It often takes too long for management to return my calls

|Recommended: YesIt's a good place to live, could change a few things too. — I personally believe this a good place to live at, especially if it's going to be your first apartment. I haven't had any issues with the management and if I have any issues at all within my home, the maintenance is very responsive and quick The only downfall is that the rent pricing is a little to high, but I also understand because of the market too Thank you guys for everything that you do.
Hi Kyle, Thank you for your review! We appreciate your feedback.

This is the best I have ever had in the history of my renting experience in different cities. Unfortunately I am going to move out when my contract ends in September because the rent has sky rocketed. For all the past 5 years the annual increase was about 20 per month ... But this year the Colonial Village Corporate had decided to increase the rent to 200 per month without considering the Covid-19 pandemic effects on incomes, hours of operations and business revenues At last I should say this Lindsay, the Manager and her wonderful office staff are shining like Venus, their respect, courtesy and human touch. I should also thank the Maintenance team. They are prompt, efficient and nice. Thank you all.
Good afternoon, We are truly grateful you have made Colonial Village your home for the past 6 years and will be sad to see you leave! Your kind words are appreciated and I will be sure to share them with the rest of the team. You've been a joy to work with and will always have a home here at Colonial Village. If there is anything we can ever do for you, please don't hesitate to ask. I wish you nothing but the best. Thank you! Lindsay Carroll Property Manager
|Recommended: YesGood but could be better — Parking is gonna drive you insane, if you own more then 1 car get more bedrooms, rent is also insanely high compared to other places of same quality.
Hi Zachary, Thanks for your feedback. We try to accommodate everyone as best we can as far as parking goes. We will be line-striping the parking lots this year and hope that we can produce more spaces. I hope you get to enjoy some of the improvements in the community this summer- if you haven't seen the pool renovations, make sure you check them out! Don't hesitate to reach out if there is anything you need. All the best, Lindsay Carroll Property Manager
