|Recommended: YesIt's a good place to live, could change a few things too. — I personally believe this a good place to live at, especially if it's going to be your first apartment. I haven't had any issues with the management and if I have any issues at all within my home, the maintenance is very responsive and quick The only downfall is that the rent pricing is a little to high, but I also understand because of the market too Thank you guys for everything that you do.

|Recommended: YesI am living here since 2015, it is now about 6 years ... I enjoyed very much living here. This is the best I have ever had in the history of my renting experience in different cities. Unfortunately I am going to move out when my contract ends in September because the rent has sky rocketed. For all the past 5 years the annual increase was about 20 per month ... But this year the Colonial Village Corporate had decided to increase the rent to 200 per month without considering the Covid-19 pandemic effects on incomes, hours of operations and business revenues At last I should say this Lindsay, the Manager and her wonderful office staff are shining like Venus, their respect, courtesy and human touch. I should also thank the Maintenance team. They are prompt, efficient and nice. Thank you all.

We will be line-striping the parking lots this year and hope that we can produce more spaces. |Recommended: YesGood place but beware the shower — This apartment worked great for me for 2 years. No major complaints beyond the shower. It became an art skill to get the correct temperature from the shower, many times having to dodge a sudden drastic temperature change to scolding hot or freezing cold. Some neighbors would still smoke from their balcony which would waft into my room.

|Recommended: YesWell maintained and property staff maintenace staff are very helpful — It's very quiet You can't hear anyone unless you open your windows and hear people outside. During the day the sun lights up the rooms. Very spacious apartment for one person and the balcony is an added bonus The property staff have been so helpful and very patient and kind. I needed a few things fixed when I first moved in and the next day maintenance came in and fixed them.

|Recommended: YesBest rental location I have stayed in — I've rented in multiple complexes and this one has been the best. The apartments are surprisingly large and soundproof. I've never been able to hear any of my neighbours next to me or above me . The apartment was touched up with paint and a deep cleaning before I moved in. The laundry is very accessible. There is always more than enough spots in the resident's only lots outside of each building. Maintenance took care of whatever was wrong within a day every time I would submit something and give me an explanation of whatever was fixed. I would recommend staying here.
